NEED TO KNOW! At the time of booking for stays longer than one night, there will be asked to pay a deposit using one of the following methods: - Charging Poste Pay - Bank Transfer - Postal order - Credit Card The down payment you will be 'returned or charged in the case of subsequent overnight stay if the cancellation occurs within 8 days from the date of arrival.
Upon your arrival we will give you the keys to the front door and your room, allowing you to return at any time. For further information or require 'on the nearest hospital or the center of Pisa, our staff will' still be available from 9.30 am to 16.00.
Check-in is generally after 13:00 hours and before 20.00. You can still go to the structure, before this time (in any event no earlier than 9:30) to leave their luggage until the room is ready. If you want to arrive at different times of the mode 'check-in will be agreed in advance by e-mail or by telephone upon confirmation of booking, if always after 8 am and no later than 23 hours of the evening. The room must be vacated by 10.00 am but you can leave your luggage in storage until 15:00.
We also have a shuttle service (free) with which to quickly and easily reach the Dolce Notte, thanks to the presence of one of our cars directly in front of the Arrivals Terminal or Station.
